On the morning of March 27, 2019, Trung Viet and the investor of Nam Hoi An Development Company Limited held a topping out ceremony of the D&B Staff Village project in Duy Xuyen District, Quang Nam Province.
The project has a scale of 2 blocks of 12 storeys high with items of operator, canteen, utility services, garden landscape... built on a land area of 3.5 ha, with a total area construction floor reaches 53,980 m2. For that reason, the Investor decided to choose to implement the project according to Trung Viet's D&B model. With the ability to design and construct at the same time, fast implementation speed and high cost-effectiveness, only this model can meet the strict requirements on progress and quality of the Investor who are investors. leading real estate developers in the region such as Vina Capital, SunCity, Chow Tai Fook. Accordingly, at the groundbreaking ceremony, Trung Viet pledged to focus all its resources to complete the project within 10 months with the highest standards of safety and quality. Exceeded expectations, with the application of improvements to the use of aluminum formwork from the foundation to the roof during the construction process, until now, Trung Viet BCH has shortened the structure construction schedule by up to 30 years. days compared to the schedule committed to the Investor, affirming Trung Viet's outstanding construction capacity and the superiority of the D&B model.
Immediately after the topping-out ceremony, the Project Steering Committee continued to embark on the completion of the project so that the project could be handed over to the Investor and put into use by the end of June 2019.
